Description:

In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, the LPN performs assessments, plans, implements, and provides personal and nursing care to residents. They operate within the competency guidelines and full scope of practice outlined by the relevant provincial governing body and according to PPSL policies and procedures. Responsibilities include direct supervision of care staff to meet resident's needs and ensure a commitment to resident safety and the "culture of safety" as per PPSL Strategic Directions.
