Are you a mental health professional experienced in supporting individuals in psychological distress? WorkSafeBC is seeking a Mental Health Specialist to provide interventions to injured workers during their recovery and return to work. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders to identify and respond to risk situations. Your responsibilities will include providing support to injured workers and their families, working with community mental health resources, and serving as a resource to claims management teams.

Your background and experience should include a master's degree in a related field, four years of directly related experience with a master's degree, or six years of directly related experience with a bachelor's degree. Registration or eligibility to register with a professional college or regulatory body is required, along with a valid B.C. driver's license.
Before employment, you must meet legal requirements under the Criminal Records Review Act and confirm your eligibility to work in Canada.
