Position Summary

We are looking for a Clinical Assistant to support Primary Care Physicians and the clinical team. Responsibilities include coordinating patient flow, preparing examination rooms, and assisting with clinical procedures. The ideal candidate should excel in a fast-paced clinical environment, demonstrate attention to detail, professionalism, and provide compassionate patient care.

What you will be doing

Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared daily.

Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for assessment.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient comfort and confidentiality.

Take patient vitals, dip urine, and administer injections as directed.

Collaborate with office staff on paperwork, referrals, and test result coordination.

Maintain medical supply inventory and ensure availability of required items.

Use the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) daily to document patient interactions.

You have

Post-secondary education in the medical field or equivalent experience.

2--3 years of work experience in a primary care environment.

Previous experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a high-volume clinical setting.

Proficiency in patient triage and identifying clinical emergencies.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Assistant to provide support to our Primary Care Physicians and clinical team.
