Description:

Albany Medical Clinic, a large family practice in East Toronto, is seeking a highly organized individual to manage patient record requests. This is a full-time, in-person role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage processing of third party forms and patient record requests to ensure timely completion and payment for services
  • Process invoices sent to third parties and patients
  • Ensure all obligations under Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) are met
  • Other administrative tasks as directed
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • College diploma in administration or health related field, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete required documentation, reports and forms
  • Process Improvement mindset
  • Knowledge of Telus Practice Solutions (EMR) is an asset
  • Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
