Are you a mental health professional experienced in supporting individuals in psychological distress? A Mental Health Specialist position is available to provide interventions to injured workers during their recovery and return to work. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders to identify and respond to risk situations, providing support to injured workers and families, and working with community mental health resources. This role also involves preparing mental health service plans, communicating with vulnerable workers, and delivering presentations on suicide risk identification.
