 Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, offering ongoing training, oversight, and professional development support.
 Oversee all aspects of data management activities, including data cleaning, database design, CRF development, and database lock.
 Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal stakeholders including biostatistics, clinical operations, and project management teams.
 Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GCP, ICH, CDISC) and company SOPs.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in clinical data management within a CRO, pharma, or biotech setting.
 At least 7 years as an independent Lead Data Manager, with full responsibility for studylevel DM deliverables.
 Proven track record managing largescale global clinical trials.
