Are you a mental health professional experienced in supporting individuals in psychological distress? WorkSafeBC is seeking a Mental Health Specialist to provide interventions to injured workers during their recovery and return to work. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders to identify and respond to risk situations, provide support to injured workers and their families, and work with community mental health resources.

Your background should include a master's degree in a related field, four years of relevant experience with a master's degree, or six years with a bachelor's degree. Registration or eligibility to register with a professional college is required, along with a valid B.C. driver's license. Before employment, you must meet legal requirements and confirm eligibility to work in Canada.
