This job posting is for a Registered Nurse position at Tofino General Hospital in Tofino, BC. The nurse will provide professional nursing care to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include coordinating and administering direct patient care, providing direction to staff and volunteers, and responding to emergency situations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
Two years of recent related experience in medical/surgical and emergency settings, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic Life Support, Level C required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support for Emergency Room preferred.
Valid BC Driver's License.
