Description:

The Athens District Family Health Team in Eastern Ontario is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join their close-knit team. The successful candidate will provide primary health care services to patients, collaborate with colleagues and community partners, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full scope of primary health care services to 4,100 patients
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and administrative staff
  • Participate in health promotion programming and acute care
  • Collaborate with community partners to ensure seamless patient care

    • Qualifications:

  • Nursing degree and Extended Class certification
  • Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Experience or newly graduated Nurse Practitioner
