Nova Scotia Health is seeking a full-time MRI Technologist to join our team at the Halifax Infirmary Robie Street Entrance - QEII. As the largest health service provider in Nova Scotia, we offer a variety of inpatient and outpatient services across the province. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of designated MRI suites, including performing imaging procedures, patient care duties, and ensuring safety protocols are met.

This position requires a graduate of an accredited School of MRI Technology, CAMRT MRI exam and certification, NSCMIRTP licensure, and previous MRI experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate competency in I.V. insertion, critical thinking skills, and excellent patient care. Competencies in other languages, particularly French, are considered an asset.

The MRI Technologist will work 75 hours biweekly, with call and shift work required, including evenings, nights, and weekends. The compensation ranges from $38.74 to $47.50 hourly, with benefits such as health, dental, travel, disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a pension plan available to successful candidates.
