Lindsay Kenney LLP is a full-service law firm in Western Canada with locations in downtown Vancouver and Langley. They offer a dynamic, collaborative, and family-focused work environment with competitive benefits and opportunities for personal growth.

They are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist for their Vancouver office. The ideal candidate will have prior receptionist experience, but training will be provided. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, answering calls, managing schedules, setting up virtual conferencing, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications for the role include 2+ years of reception experience, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. The salary range for this position is $49,000 - $55,000.

This is a 100% in-office position with working hours from 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Some lifting of objects up to 25lbs may be required.
