Reporting to the Director, Clinical Services, the Inpatient Manager at Casey House provides operational and clinical leadership for the interdisciplinary inpatient team. Responsibilities include managing staff scheduling, supervising service delivery, overseeing risk response, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. The role ensures inpatient services align with best practices, regulatory standards, and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and clinical oversight for the inpatient unit
Directly supervise inpatient staff and ensure alignment with care principles
Support staff in managing complex client needs and lead incident reviews
Collaborate on continuous quality improvement initiatives and support staff development
Maintain staff scheduling, workflow optimization, and contribute to program planning
Serve as a liaison between frontline staff, leadership, and external partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred
Minimum five years of experience in community or acute care, with leadership experience
Experience in harm reduction, mental health, and HIV care beneficial
Knowledge of trauma-informed and equity-based care models
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
