Lambton College is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a temporary part-time position, working 24 hours per week at an hourly rate of $30.50. The role involves providing seamless service to students, resolving inquiries, and coordinating service delivery within departmental standards.
The incumbent will be responsible for transactional inquiries related to Admissions, Registration, Records, Transfer Credits, Student Financial Aid programs, and Convocation. They will refer complex cases to the appropriate team member and provide backup support during peak periods.
