Qualifications accepted to work as a PSW:

Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW)
RN or RPN
Foreign trained healthcare professional -- Nurse

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and vehicle for daily work
Meet Immunization requirements
Current vulnerable sector check (VSC)
Current Standard CPR level C certificate
Availability to work days OR evenings and every other weekend
Physically demanding position with specific requirements

You will be part of a diverse care team that will provide services to a roster of clients in the community. Each client is assigned a primary care clinician, a member of the interdisciplinary team who will lead care planning for that client and facilitate interdisciplinary team to reach client's care goals.  This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fiftyfive (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement
