Are you a mental health professional experienced in supporting individuals in psychological distress? A Mental Health Specialist position is available to provide interventions to injured workers in their recovery and return to work. You will collaborate with WorkSafeBC clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders to identify and respond to risk situations. Your role will involve providing support to injured workers and their families during periods of psychological distress, working with community mental health resources, and serving as a resource to claims management teams throughout the province.

Your background should include a master's degree in a related field, experience in mental health and crisis intervention, registration with a professional college or regulatory body, and a valid B.C. driver's license. Before employment, you must meet legal requirements under the Criminal Records Review Act and confirm your eligibility to work in Canada.
