This job posting is for a Social Worker position at Douglas Campbell Lodge in Portage la Prairie. The position is part-time, with a temporary employment arrangement. The Social Worker will provide social work services to residents and their families, including counselling, consultation, education, and advocacy. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a long-term care setting and be a graduate of an accredited Faculty of Social Work. Current registration with the Manitoba College of Social Workers is required.

The candidate should have knowledge of Personal Care Home Standards regulation and be able to work within a multi-disciplinary team. Proficiency in both official languages is essential for designated bilingual positions. The Social Worker must have a valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a vehicle with liability insurance. Physical requirements include the ability to meet the demands of the job and occasional evening and weekend work.
