As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will provide evidence-informed services with a focus on occupational performance to meet individual, group, or community needs. You will engage in meaningful occupations, support clients to achieve functional abilities, and provide comprehensive services such as assessment, treatment, education, and collaboration with stakeholders. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, providing clinical direction, and participating in client, family, and caregiver education.

Engage individuals, groups, and communities in meaningful occupations
Support clients to achieve functional abilities and independence
Collaborate with stakeholders within clients' physical, cultural, and social environments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program
Registered with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT)
Basic Cardiac Life Support -Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) required
3-5 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
Experience in Home Care or ambulatory care setting
Experience working with clients from birth to death
Preferred experience with Palliative clients and AADL
Intermediate level of computer skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Current or previous experience in a Home Care or Community setting
