Are you a mental health professional with experience supporting individuals in psychological distress? WorkSafeBC is seeking a Mental Health Specialist to provide interventions to injured workers during their recovery and return to work. This temporary 18-month assignment involves collaborating with clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders to identify and respond to risk situations, support injured workers and their families, and work with community mental health resources.

Your background and experience should include a master's degree in a related field, experience in mental health and crisis intervention, registration with a professional college or regulatory body, and a valid B.C. driver's license. Before employment, you must meet legal requirements under the Criminal Records Review Act and confirm your eligibility to work in Canada.
