Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or certificate related to administration or equivalent experience

3-5 years of related experience

Experience working in a research environment

Experience working with Indigenous communities

Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

Commitment to advancing Indigenous student success

 Scheduling of all meetings

Preparation of travel expenses and reimbursements in keeping with University of Saskatchewan policies
 Monthly budget monitoring and reporting to faculty member
 Assist with preparation of reports
 Assistance with research grant applications

InCollecting signatures from team members for funding applications
 Drafting budgets for grant applications
 Supporting the process for Research Ethics Board approval for research projects

Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree or certificate related to administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience: At least 35 years of related experience. Experience working in an research environment would be considered an asset. Experience working and collaborating in diverse and inclusive settings is required.

Demonstrated experience working with Indigenous communities and students in an academic setting
 Demonstrated ability to build and maintain community relationships in Saskatchewan
 Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures, traditions, and ways of knowing
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
