Horizon Health Network is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist - Vascular Access to provide advanced clinical leadership for the development, implementation, and management of a regional vascular access care program. This position involves ensuring quality management related to patient outcomes, system efficiencies, and product monitoring under the direction of the Regional Director of Nursing Practice.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in nursing
Certification in specialty area or willingness to obtain
Active registration with NANB
Current BCLS certification
Minimum of five years recent clinical experience
Demonstrated leadership qualities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proven computer technology skills
Good previous work and attendance record
Must be able to travel within Horizon as required
