Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide support to patients and healthcare providers by offering information on Patient Support services, diseases, and therapies

Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers related to medication access

Document patient information and interactions within the electronic patient record

Collaborate with reimbursement specialists and physicians to secure funding for patient therapies

Attend pharmaceutical meetings, patient meetings, conferences, and work with patient associations

Coordinate with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and clinics for treatment logistics

Assist in the training process of new Nurse Case Managers

Report Adverse Events following program procedures

Other duties as required

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Diploma in healthcare or related field, Bachelor's degree preferred

Licensed Nurse (RN or RPN/LPN) with active registration

2-5 years in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, insurance, or related fields

Fluency in French and/or English may be required
