Our Client is seeking an Associate Clinical Programs Analyst to join their patient support team in Alberta, Canada. This full-time role plays a crucial part in ensuring patients have access to assistance programs and therapies, while also fostering relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Support patients and healthcare providers through registration, case management, and ongoing follow-up.
Provide education on disease management and therapies to ensure adherence and continuity of care.
Collaborate with reimbursement specialists and physicians to secure funding and explore alternative support options.
Handle inbound/outbound patient calls, offering guidance and program support.
Document adverse events and liaise with regulatory bodies as required.
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, pharmacies, and infusion providers.
Deliver professional presentations and contribute to account strategy development.
Identify opportunities for improved service delivery and operational efficiency.
Participate in patient meetings, conferences, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and expertise.
What We're Looking For
Licensed RN/RPN/LPN with registration in good standing.
5-7 years of case/patient management experience.
Strong background in stakeholder management and patient care.
Knowledge of MS therapeutic area preferred.
Flexibility to travel up to 30% and adapt to varying work hours.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM databases, VOIP telephony, and web-based platforms.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in data management/reporting tools and business acumen is an asset.
