Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at their dealership. The ideal candidate will manage a multi-line switchboard, greet visitors, and provide general administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of the Receptionist include answering incoming calls, assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining a clean front desk, and greeting visitors. The expected pay for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Switchboard Operator: Answer all incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Administration: Assist with word processing, data entry, and other tasks.
  • Filing Clerk: Perform basic clerical tasks such as organizing invoices and documents.
  • Front Desk Coordinator: Greet and direct visitors at the dealership.
  • Maintain the appearance of the reception desk.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
