Are you a mental health professional experienced in supporting individuals in psychological distress? We are seeking a Mental Health Specialist to provide interventions to injured workers during their recovery and return to work. This temporary 18-month assignment involves collaborating with clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders to identify and address risk situations. Your role will include supporting injured workers and their families during times of distress, working with community mental health resources, and serving as a resource to claims management teams.

Your background should include a master's degree in a related discipline, experience in mental health and crisis intervention, registration with a professional college, and a valid B.C. driver's license. Before employment, you must meet legal requirements under the Criminal Records Review Act and confirm eligibility to work in Canada.
