SE Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their team in Halton and Oakville. As an Occupational Therapist at SE Health, you will provide person-centered care, conduct assessments, formulate goals and recommendations, and implement client-centered treatment programs. You will work with clients to address their physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Responsibilities:

Conducting assessments

Formulating goals and recommendations

Planning and implementing client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs

Requirements:

A graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy

Member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario

Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs preferred

Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to adapt to new computer applications

Positive work and attendance record

Requirements

A graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
 Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or communitybased rehabilitation programs is preferred
 Reliable, flexible, creative, selfdirected professional, able to work effectively and collaboratively with rehab assistants as well as with a highperformance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
 Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
 Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
 A positive work and attendance record is essential
 Ability to adapt to new computer applications
 This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or communitybased rehabilitation setting
