Are you a mental health professional with experience supporting individuals in psychological distress? We are seeking a Mental Health Specialist to provide interventions to injured workers in their recovery and return to work. In this approximately 18-month temporary assignment, you will collaborate with WorkSafeBC clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders to identify and respond to risk situations. Your role will involve supporting injured workers and their families during periods of psychological distress, working with community mental health resources, and serving as a resource to claims management teams throughout the province.

Your background and experience should include a master's degree in a related discipline, experience in mental health and crisis intervention, and registration with a professional college or regulatory body. You must also hold a valid B.C. driver's license. Before employment, you must meet legal requirements and confirm your eligibility to work in Canada.
