The salary range for this position is CAD $42.27/Hr. - CAD $52.81/Hr. Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Social Worker to join the team at Raven Song Community Health Centre in Vancouver, BC. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical and consultative social work services to individuals with chronic health and mental health issues, poverty, and victims of violence. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing interventions, and coordinating treatment plans.

Qualifications:

Current full registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers (BCCSW).

Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

Two (2) years' recent related experience working with individuals with mental health issues in a health care setting, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

Comprehensive knowledge and application of case management principles.

Broad knowledge of mental illness issues, psychotherapeutic skills, and clinical practice models.

Ability to establish rapport with clients and families, communicate effectively, and prioritize workload.

Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and working with diverse populations.

Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
