This job posting is for a Licensed Practical Nurse position at Bethesda Regional Health Centre in Steinbach, Southern Health-Santé Sud. The LPN will provide care within Acute, Transitional, Personal Care Home, Primary Care, Oncology/Cancer Care, Public Health-Healthy Living, and Home Care settings. The LPN will work to their full scope of practice, engage in ongoing education, and maintain competency according to policies and standards.

Applicants must have current active registration with the College of License Practical Nurses of Manitoba and hold a current Basic Life Support certification. A valid Class 5 driver's license, insured vehicle, and liability insurance are also required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Knowledge of Professional Standards of Practice, Competency Profile for Licensed Practical Nurses in Manitoba, and Code of Ethics.

Ability to foster a collaborative interdisciplinary environment, establish positive working relationships, and resolve conflicts.
