Claris Health is seeking a passionate and adaptable Nurse Midwife to join their team in providing OB/GYN services at clinic sites and mobile units across Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate will have strong OB/GYN experience or a desire to grow in this field, be licensed as a Nurse Midwife in California, and be committed to caring for underserved populations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pregnancy tests, female health screenings, and STI testing and treatment
  • Provide early prenatal care and lead Centering groups (if certified)
  • Educate patients on contraception, pregnancy loss, healthy pregnancy, and nutrition
  • Perform and/or learn limited obstetric ultrasound
  • Rotate across clinics and mobile units, with occasional weekend outreach events

  • Licensed as a Nurse Midwife in California
  • Minimum two years of OB/GYN experience preferred
  • OB Ultrasound training is preferred but not required
  • Experience working in mobile or community-based care settings is a plus

    In your first 90 days, you'll confidently provide care across multiple sites, build rapport with staff and patients, and begin OB training if needed. Over time, you'll help create clinic coverage that ensures no patient is turned away and no team member feels alone.     Pay Transparency Statement

    The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Claris Health's pay ranges vary based on work location. As part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Our team can share more details during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
