Interior Health (IH) is seeking an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed permanent full-time Administrative Assistant II to support the Executive Director, Clinical Operations, Kamloops Community. The position is based in Kamloops, B.C., with flexibility within the Interior Health region.

Salary Range: $58,494 (min) to $73,117 (midpoint) to $76,773 (max) per annum, based on 1.0 FTE. Salaries are established within the minimum and midpoint based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity review.
What will you work on? The Administrative Assistant II provides complex administrative support functions, coordinates workflow, composes correspondence, generates reports, and maintains confidentiality of information. Responsibilities include facilitating communication, organizing meetings, and preparing documents for authorization by the management team.

- Discuss inquiries for information with internal and external contacts
- Resolve day-to-day problems and evaluate operating procedures
- Draft confidential correspondence and project-related materials
- Prepare spreadsheets, graphs, and statistics
- Coordinate administrative logistics for meetings and events
- Attend and record confidential meetings
- Perform other assigned duties
