Responsibilities:

Moving furniture

Cleaning Ptacs

Other projects assigned by manager or supervisor

Maintaining and securing storage areas, cleaning equipment, and materials

Reporting equipment repairs and stock shortages

Performing and/or reporting minor maintenance repairs

Other duties as required

Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment

Familiarity with Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System

Ability to read and understand labels and instructions

Previous custodial experience preferred

Excellent communication skills

Comfortable using electronics

Requirements:

Availability to work weekends

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Experience with pressure washing

Passing a Criminal Background Check

JOB OVERVIEW:Responsible for performing custodial duties, minor maintenance and other miscellaneous duties in order to ensure that buildings and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Ability to read &amp; understand labels &amp; instructions
 Previous custodial experience an asset

 Comfortable using electronics

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be available to work weekends
 Ability to lift up to 50lbs
 Pressure washing experience
 Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
