If you love animals, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a busy, friendly environment, Dale Veterinary Clinic is looking for a part-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join their team. As the welcoming face of the clinic, you will greet clients and their pets, assist with appointments, manage patient records, process payments, and support the veterinary team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greeting pets and their humans with warmth and enthusiasm
  • Answering phones, booking appointments, and helping clients with questions
  • Managing patient records and keeping schedules running smoothly
  • Processing payments and handling client check-ins and check-outs
  • Assisting with prescription refill requests and appointment reminders
  • Assisting with inventory-related tasks and coordinating product and food pickups
  • Supporting the veterinary team and helping the clinic stay organized
