Shared Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in the Plastics Head & Neck department at Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg. The RN will provide professional nursing services to patients with complex health needs, including burns and plastic surgery patients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and be a graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba, participating in professional associations, and completing CPR training. Knowledge of nursing standards, ethics, and legislation is required, as well as strong communication and critical thinking skills. Preference will be given to applicants with Indigenous language skills or knowledge of Indigenous customs.

Physical requirements include moderate to heavy physical effort. The RN will work full-time hours on a rotating schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends. Shared Health offers a pensionable salary enhancement for eligible nurses.
