We are seeking an MRI Tech Aide to join our team at our new North Vancouver clinic. The role may require a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. The ideal candidate will be within a 45-minute commuting distance to North Vancouver and may need to cover shifts at our Vancouver site.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain strict physical security of MR Zone III
Assist patients with MRI safety screening questionnaire and forms
Execute MR-specific emergency protocols
Greet patients, explain MRI procedures, and assist with patient transfer
Monitor daily schedule, coordinate with patient liaison, and assist patients post-exam
Assist in room setup, cleaning, and disinfecting patient contact surfaces
Monitor and restock medical supplies, communicate delays, and fulfill records requests
Qualifications:
2-5 years of customer service experience
Self-starter with a strong work ethic
Availability to work varied hours, including weekends
Efficient in managing priorities and addressing patient concerns
Collaborative team player with a professional demeanor
