They are currently seeking Team Coordinators to facilitate communication between patients, families, and staff, ensuring scheduling meets service standards and administrative tasks are completed promptly.

What The Role Involves

  • Acting as a liaison between various parties involved in patient care
  • Coordinating service schedules and communicating changes
  • Handling intake information, scheduling, and administrative tasks
  • Responding to inquiries and managing communication
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed

  • Post-secondary education preferred with one year of related experience
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
