Description:

Intertek (BML) is seeking dedicated technicians to join their commercial laboratory specializing in base and precious metals recovery from raw mineralization. The technicians will be responsible for performing tasks safely, accurately, and on schedule.

General Responsibilities:

Carry out method statements for required assays and equipment maintenance

Analyze and report data in a safe and timely manner

Uphold quality control standards

Perform fire assaying duties

Troubleshoot instruments/equipment as needed

Skill Experience Requirements:

Bachelor of Science, BCIT Assayers Certification or equivalent

1 year lab experience

Ability to work independently or as a team

Working knowledge of Excel and Word

Good communication and interpersonal skills
