Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily activities
Offer companionship and emotional support
Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, and medication reminders
Support clients with mobility, transportation, and community outings
Encourage independence while ensuring safety and dignity
Observe and report changes in client's condition
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Qualifications:
Health Care Aide, Personal Support Worker, or equivalent caregiving experience preferred
Experience with older adults or individuals with disabilities is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Criminal Record Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check required
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation considered an asset
Legally eligible to work in Canada
