Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Provide patient care including medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring as directed by healthcare professionals
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Support clients with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Offer emotional support and companionship to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
Assist with mobility and heavy lifting to ensure safety during transfers or repositioning
Follow care plans meticulously, documenting observations and any changes in condition accurately
Experience:
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly desirable
Proven experience providing patient care, including medication administration and dementia or hospice care
Familiarity with caring for individuals with disabilities or special needs
Knowledge of senior care best practices and safety protocols
Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and assisting with mobility
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Demonstrated reliability, compassion, and a proactive approach to caregiving
