A HomeFront Client Support Case Manager is responsible for managing their assigned client caseload while adhering to HomeFront's Mission, Vision, Values, and protocols. This includes working with clients through the domestic violence justice process, providing ongoing support, risk assessments, safety planning, and collaborating with justice partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contact new clients and conduct assessments
Provide professional support to clients from inception to transition
Create safety plans, evaluate risk levels, and provide domestic violence education
Offer community referrals and crisis intervention when necessary
Participate in specialized domestic violence court proceedings
Ensure confidentiality and accurate record-keeping
Develop positive relationships with staff, partners, and stakeholders
Participate in education events in support of HomeFront programs
QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of community support systems, Justice System, and protection orders
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to create Safety Plans and problem-solve creatively
Effective in a team environment and independently
Ability to manage complexity and work with diverse individuals
SCOPE:
Completion of Police Information Check including Vulnerable Sector Check
Required 5 days a week, 8-hour days with flexible hours
