Cubic, a Toronto-based data-driven employee benefit plan management company, is seeking a Clinical Administrative Coordinator for a full-time position. The role can be performed remotely or in-person indefinitely. Cubic specializes in optimizing the health of employee benefit plans and their members through research, analytics, and tailored solutions.
As a member of Cubic's FACET Prior Authorization team, the Clinical Administrative Coordinator will assist in assessing requests for coverage of high-cost/specialty medications. Primary responsibilities include coordinating incoming requests, ensuring all necessary information is collected, entering claims information into the CRM software, managing phone calls, and overseeing office administrative tasks.
Key competencies for this role include excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, proficiency with MS Word and Outlook, time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks. A minimum of two years of related experience and bilingualism (French) are preferred qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education in a related field and at least two years of experience in a similar role. Previous experience in the third-party payer or insurance industry is preferred but not required, as all necessary training will be provided on the job.
