St. Joseph's Home Care is seeking a Clinical Coach to join their team in the Clinical Programs division. This full-time position, located within the HNHB boundaries, involves working closely with Clinical Nurse Managers to provide education and support to clinical team members. The Clinical Coach will act as a clinical expert, assist with recruitment, and ensure staff are supported in delivering high-quality care.

The core duties and responsibilities of the role include collaborating with Clinical Leadership, providing coaching and mentorship to clinical staff, assisting with recruitment and development, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The Clinical Coach will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies, conducting meetings, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Key qualifications for this position include Registered Nurse education or completion of a Practical Nursing program, a current CNO license, experience with peritoneal dialysis and wound care, and strong computer skills. Previous experience in a community nursing environment and with scheduling software is preferred.
