The Resuscitation division develops lifesaving products for EMS, hospitals, public safety, and military customers globally. They are seeking a Clinical Education Specialist to drive EMS sales and enhance customer satisfaction during the implementation process.

Essential Functions:

Customer Support: Interface with EMS customers to provide product support pre- and post-sale

Deployment: Support new conversions, equipment set-up, training, troubleshooting, and follow-up

Train-the-trainer program, ALS & BLS training, post-deployment satisfaction survey

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

BA/BS Degree or equivalent required

Paramedic level or higher required

Minimum 10 years pre-hospital field experience

Clinical training experience (AHA -ACLS, PALS, etc.) required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Technical background in troubleshooting equipment and product management

Self-starter with excellent communication skills

Project management and planning abilities

Proficiency in word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet programs
