Health Shared Services is seeking a Clinical Informatics Lead to join the Clinical Operations Informatics Office team. This role involves supporting readiness, implementation, and training programs in Community & Continuing Care. The position offers flexibility in terms of location within Alberta, with provincial travel required.
The Clinical Informatics Lead (CIL) is a senior professional who combines clinical expertise with project management skills. The CIL will provide leadership and optimization for the design, delivery, and implementation of Connect Care. This role requires exceptional communication skills and experience in patient care areas to address stakeholders' needs effectively. The CIL will collaborate with various stakeholders, monitor project progress, and develop solutions to complex problems.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in health informatics
Minimum 10 years of clinical experience or strong knowledge of healthcare delivery
Membership in a professional organization
Extensive knowledge of Continuing Care clinical practice
Experience in leading organizational change
Certifications in management, leadership, and change management
Strong leadership skills
