Under the direction of the Clinical Manager, the Clinical Leader will collaborate with the health care team to support clinic operations, patient flow, and staffing. They will promote quality improvement, facilitate a safe environment for care, participate in financial responsibility, and assist with measurement and evaluation.
Qualifications:
Baccalaureate degree in Health Sciences, Social Sciences, and/or Healthcare Management
Minimum of 3 years recent relevant experience in healthcare leadership
Knowledge and skill in pediatric healthcare in an ambulatory clinic setting
Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
Creativity and innovation in patient care delivery
Excellence in communication, team-building, and initiating change
Supporting and mentoring staff to enhance knowledge and skills
Conflict management skills
Advanced critical thinking skills
Ability to access and utilize hospital resources
Commitment to continuous education and lifelong learning
Registration as a Regulated Health Professional preferred
