Role Description:
The Clinical Nurse position is a full-time role located in Toronto, ON. Responsibilities include providing high-quality nursing care in an integrative health and aesthetic medicine setting, such as health assessments, treatment administration, and care coordination. The role involves preparing and assisting with medical and aesthetic procedures, monitoring patient responses, documenting care, and supporting personalized health programs. Collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, patient education, and maintaining a safe clinical environment are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications:
Active nursing license (RN or NP) in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body in Ontario; post-secondary nursing education (BScN or equivalent preferred).
Clinical experience of at least five years in patient assessment, care planning, and therapeutic interventions within women's health, longevity regenerative care, integrative medicine, or related clinical settings.
Experience or strong interest in women's health, preventative medicine, hormone optimization, medically supervised weight management, and lifestyle-based care.
Skills in supporting aesthetic and non-surgical procedures, including patient preparation, post-procedure care, and familiarity with medical-grade skincare.
Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills to educate patients, build trust, and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental care, maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Proficiency with electronic medical records, clinical documentation, and basic computer applications; strong organizational and time-management skills.
Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and staying current with developments in integrative health and aesthetic medicine.
CPR/BLS certification and adherence to infection prevention, occupational health, and safety standards.
