We are seeking a dynamic, passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to be part of a virtual nursing team in home and community care. You will provide clinical leadership and support to nurses across the province and deliver virtual care to clients in a client-centered approach. As part of the Clinical Practice Resource Team, you will:
Use clinical knowledge to support care providers
Deliver nursing assessment and virtual care
Develop evidence-based clinical practices
Support the organization in achieving goals
Assist with follow-up with funders and physicians
Contribute to continuous learning and professional development
Assist with policy and procedure development
Requirements:
Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Master of Nursing preferred, Bachelor of Science of Nursing required
Current expertise/certifications in various areas preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of recent community nursing experience
Comfortable with technology
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Willingness to attain required SE Health certifications
Availability to work various shifts and cross-train in different services
Vehicle and valid driver's license required
Updated immunization records and clear criminal background check required
