Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operation of the clinical psychology PhD program and provide administrative support to the Director of Clinical Training and Associate DCT.
Format and prepare various documents relevant to the program.
Act as the liaison with university departments and external communities.
Coordinate accreditation processes and prepare required documentation.
Provide administrative coordination for the department Ethics Committee and participant pool.
Provide reception support and other office duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
Business/Office Administration Diploma with at least three years of related office experience.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and online communication applications.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Discretion with confidential material.
Assets
