As Sailor Health grows rapidly and partners with Medicare to offer psychotherapy services, they are seeking a Clinical Recruiter to join their team. This role will be crucial in expanding the clinical team by managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to closing, to identify exceptional therapists and psychologists dedicated to serving the senior population.

We're looking for a Clinical Recruiter to join our fastgrowing team and play a critical role in scaling our clinical team. You'll be responsible for the endtoend clinical recruitment process from sourcing, to interviewing, to closing. Your goal will be to identify the most exceptional therapists and psychologists who are passionate about serving the senior population.

🧰 Key Responsibilities

Own Clinician Recruitment, from topoffunnel applications through offer signed and activation.
 Attract and identify the very best clinical talent: To offer the best service, we only hire the most exceptional therapists; you'll need high EQ and IQ to separate the good from the great.
 Provide a 5star clinician experience through their hiring journey, ensuring that our clinicians' first touchpoints with Sailor Health are bestinclass
 Manage our clinician recruitment pipelines (inbound and outbound), as well as building out new recruitment channels, managed on Ashby (our ATS)
 Launch clinical recruitment for brand new specialities, creating JDs, researching compensation, and launching interview plans
 Develop clinical recruitment rubrics and criteria by working closely with our cofounder and Provider Growth Associate.
 Innovate on new systems and tools, whether it's new sourcing tools or clinical job sites, we are always looking to improve our systems.
