Position Summary

Department / Research Program: Allergy & Immunology / Eosinophilic Esophagitis Clinic

The incumbent will be involved with clinical research in allergy and more specifically eosinophilic esophagitis. Document and data management are essential parts of this position. The incumbent will work closely with the research team, EoE physicians, and allergy nurses mainly on various study protocols.

General Duties

  • Perform data entry,
  • Ensures follow-up of patient information,
  • Completes source documents,
  • Identify potential patients and obtain their consent,
  • Completes patient questionnaires,
  • Reviews patient charts,
  • Collaborates and assists team members and sponsors' representatives, as needed,
  • Contacts patients and their families as needed,
  • Complies with Good clinical practice standards (GCP),
  • Completes and maintains up-to-date specific trainings,
  • Completes all other connected tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

    • Required Skills

  • Excellent French and English, spoken and written,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to work independently or with teams with minimum supervision,
  • Demonstrate diplomacy, discretion, and good judgment,
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).

    • Additional Information

    Status: Temporary, full time (35-hour workweek)

    Pay Scale: $44,408.00 - $82,427.80/year. Commensurate with education and experience

    Work Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

    Work Site: Hybrid
