Position Summary
Department / Research Program: Allergy & Immunology / Eosinophilic Esophagitis Clinic
The incumbent will be involved in clinical research in allergy, specifically eosinophilic esophagitis. This role includes document and data management and working closely with the research team, EoE physicians, and allergy nurses on various study protocols.
General Duties
Perform data entry
Ensure follow-up of patient information
Complete source documents
Identify potential patients and obtain their consent
Complete patient questionnaires
Review patient charts
Collaborate with team members and sponsors' representatives
Contact patients and families as needed
Comply with Good Clinical Practice standards (GCP)
Complete and maintain specific trainings
Complete all other assigned tasks
Education / Experience
Education: Diploma of College Studies (DEC)
Field of Study: Health science
Other education considered an asset: BSc in health science
Work Experience: Experience in research considered an asset
Required Skills
Excellent French and English, spoken and written
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently or with teams
Demonstrate diplomacy, discretion, and good judgment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Additional information
Status: Temporary, full time (35-hour workweek)
Pay Scale: $44,408.00 - $82,427.80/year
Work Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Work Site: Hybrid
